Ingredients:
- 1 kg of beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into cubes or sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 head of garlic, minced
- 6 red chili pepper, chopped or whole
- 1 cup whole or sliced button mushroom
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 5 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
