Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 carrots, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant and translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until slightly browned on all sides.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.

- Add the potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers. Simmer for another 5 -10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
