- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 liter water
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/4 cup Malunngay leaves
- 4 Long green chili (siling haba)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the onions and cook until translucent.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
