Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Pancit Canton noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 8 oz boneless chicken, sliced
  • 8 oz pork, sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish
  • Calamansi or lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cook Pancit Canton noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion until golden.
  3. Add chicken and pork. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in carrot, cabbage, green beans, and snow peas. Cook until slightly tender.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add cooked noodles. Toss and stir-fry for a few minutes until well-coated and heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  9. Serve hot with calamansi or lemon wedges on the side.
