  • 4 long whole green chili
  • 1 cup chili leaves or malunggay (Moringa) leaves
  • 4 cups vegetable or fish broth
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Begin by cleaning the green mussels under running water, removing any dirt or debris. Discard any mussels that are open or damaged.
  2. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, sliced ginger, and whole green chili. Sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Add the cleaned green mussels to the pot and stir well to coat them with the aromatic mixture.
