Ingredients:

  • 500g of chicken liver, cleaned
  • 500g of chicken gizzard, cleaned
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a separate pot, add the cleaned chicken gizzards and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes or until they become tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Begin by marinating the chicken liver and cooked chicken gizzard in a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and ground black pepper for 15 minutes.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil. Sauté the onions until they become translucent.
  4. Add the marinated chicken liver and gizzard to the pan. Cook until they are lightly browned.
  5. Pour in the marinade, including the garlic, and add the bay leaves. Allow it to simmer for about 30 minutes until the chicken liver and gizzard are tender.
