- 1/2 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced

- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- Calamansi or lemon wedges (for serving)

Cooking Instructions:
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes until they are soft and pliable. Drain and set aside.
