Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into cubes or sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 head of garlic, minced
  • 6 red chili pepper, chopped or whole
  • 1 cup whole or sliced button mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over low-medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until golden brown, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove the garlic from the pan and set aside. Drain the oil from the pan into a separate bowl.
  3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a clean pan over high heat.
  5. Sear the beef on all sides until browned.
  6. Add the oyster sauce and half of the butter to the pan. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
  7. Add the remaining butter, fried garlic, mushroom, and chili pepper to the pan. Cook until the liquid evaporates completely.
  8. Serve immediately over rice.
